Who is Eligible?

If you're a non-EU resident and spend over CZK 2,001 in a single transaction, you can claim a VAT refund on your purchases. Make sure to take your purchases with you when leaving the EU.

How It Works

Step 1: Shop with Us

Enjoy shopping from our wide range of luxury perfumes and cosmetics. Once you’re done, let our staff know you’d like to shop tax-free.

Step 2: Request Your Tax-Free Form

At checkout, we’ll issue you a Global Blue Tax-Free Form with your purchase details. Please make sure the following information is correct:

• Your name (as shown on your passport)
• Your passport or ID number
• The total amount spent
• Your departure destination

Step 3: Get Customs Validation

Before you leave the EU, present your Global Blue Tax-Free Form, along with:

• Your passport
• Your purchases (unused and in original packaging)
• The receipts

Visit the Customs Desk at the airport, train station, or border crossing. Customs officers will validate your form by stamping it. Without this stamp, your refund cannot be processed.

Step 4: Claim Your Refund

After customs validation, head to a Global Blue Refund Point to get your VAT refund. You can choose to receive the refund in:

• Cash: Instantly at the refund point
• Card: Refunded to your credit/debit card (takes a few days)

If you’re in a hurry, you can drop the stamped form in a Global Blue mailbox or return it by post, and your refund will be processed later.

Important Notes

• Minimum Purchase Amount: CZK 2,001 per transaction to qualify for tax-free shopping.
• Time Frame: Customs validation must occur within 3 months from the purchase date.
• Refund Charges: Global Blue charges a small fee for processing your refund, which will be deducted from the total VAT amount.
